I love this yoga studio! ❤️ The atmosphere is calm, welcoming and energetic all at the same time. The owners and staff are committed to making every session you attend the very best! The variety of classes offered is amazing. I personally have seen tremendous improvement in own my balance, muscle tone, fitness level and mental health since joining two years ago. I cant explain how much this place means to me! I was tested for MS due to some muscle freezing… I started coming to Above and Beyond and within one month my symptoms and flare ups were gone! The team at Above and Beyond is a blessing! I can’t thank them enough. Incredible yoga classes and such a beautiful facility. It brings an instant feeling of calm to walk in. Such a special place! Passing through town and was able to take Shoshana’s Saturday morning KYM class. Not only was the class amazing but I learned a lot during the hour. I would definitely join if I lived in Mobile. Highly recommend!

I started yoga at Above & Beyond in November of 2020 and i can’t imagine being anywhere else. Shoshana, the owner, has been one of the biggest inspirations in my life, and her experience and knowledge is unmatched. There is something special about this space and the community is one of support, love, and honesty. Shoshana lives up to the name of this business by going Above and Beyond for every individual that enters this studio. I originally started practicing yoga to help with my stress levels and I’m proud to say that it has completely turned my life around in the best possible way. I truly believe that Above & Beyond is making a positive impact in this world.

Love love love the salt room! My daughter hasn’t had to use her inhaler in over a year! The benefits are not just for respiratory issues, it helps with eczema and I love that my toddler can come in for free with us. They even have sand toys for him to play with! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Above and Beyond is just that. The well designed studio space is welcoming, exceptionally clean and the classes are mindfully taught by certified and very capable teachers. The salt tent and salt room adds an additional level of wellness that could be beneficial to anyone; especially those suffering from any respiratory aliment. Tucked away im West Mobile is this treasure chest of a loving community and an array of yoga and wellness options.
